Hip

The hip joint is the second largest joint in the human body. The hip is the connection between the thigh bones with the pelvic, and contains the strongest ligament in the human body.

Being the connection of the trunk and the lower limb, a large transfer of momentum in this area takes place. The great mobility of the hip makes movements, such as flexion/extension, abduction/adduction, and rotation, possible.
